If you are reading this considering Normend - run. I wish I had read more negative reviews based on a colleague's recommendation. I thought the positive ones were real. Maybe some are. My experience over for a few weeks now has been so bad I feel obligated to warn others. Do not make my mistake.

Pros: Instant funding|Detailed reporting|Demo account available

Cons: Email notifications too frequent|Cannot customize dashboard fully

Cannot withdraw funds - classic scam

I invested $1,000 with Normend after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to Financial Conduct Authority.

Cons: Withdrawal fees demanded|Communication cut off|Not authorized

Swap rates are predatory

The reporting at Normend is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

Pros: Regular updates|Multiple order types|No hidden fees

Cons: Help articles are sometimes vague|No crypto staking

Did my research - this is suspicious

I was about to invest with Normend but decided to check their regulatory status first. They claim to be regulated but I could not find them on any official register. Financial Conduct Authority has actually issued a warning about this firm. Thank goodness I checked before sending any money.

Pros: Website looks legitimate on the surface

Cons: Unauthorized firm|Found in IOSCO warnings database

Regulator has warned about them

I joined Normend from a blog post comparing services and from the start, things felt off. The signup process collected far more personal information than necessary, the verification took unreasonably long, and when I finally got access, the platform was nothing like what was advertised.

Pros: Full transparency|Economic calendar|Responsive team|Clear documentation

Cons: Charting tools need more indicators|Research section could be deeper

Rollover requirements are insane

The platform itself is okay, but the customer service at Normend is truly awful. I waited weeks for a response to a simple inquiry. When they did respond, it felt like a generic template that did not address my specific issue at all.

Pros: Transparent fees|Multi-device support|Real-time alerts

Cons: Minimum deposit could be lower

Ombudsman said they are uncooperative

Where do I even begin with Normend? for over three years of broken promises, unanswered tickets, and a platform that feels like it was built in 2010. They spend more on marketing than on actually improving their service. Stay away from this company.

Pros: Detailed reporting|Portfolio tracking tools

Cons: Website design could be more modern

How are they still in business

I referred a friend to Normend from a review site like this one. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.

Pros: Smooth onboarding|Regular platform improvements|Real-time alerts|Multi-currency support

Cons: No fractional shares

Spread betting is rigged

Opened my account with Normend while looking for alternatives to my previous provider and regretted it within the first month. The platform crashed during a critical moment, I lost potential gains, and support basically told me it was not their problem. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Pros: Smooth onboarding|High security standards

Cons: Wish they had more educational resources|No dark mode on mobile
