Initially attracted to NinjaTrader by their advertising. The headline spreads look great but in practice there are additional costs that aren't immediately obvious. I also get bombarded with promotional emails and phone calls encouraging me to deposit more. The trading itself is fine but the marketing tactics are off-putting.

Do not be fooled by the professional-looking website. Behind the scenes, NinjaTrader is disorganized and incompetent. I found them after my brother mentioned them and I can only assume the positive reviews are either outdated or paid for because my experience was terrible.

NinjaTrader does the job for casual forex trading. Platform works, spreads are okay but not the best I've seen. Customer support is hit or miss - some agents are very helpful, others seem to read from a script. Deposits are instant but withdrawals take 3-5 business days.

My withdrawal request from NinjaTrader has been pending for over two weeks now. Every time I contact support, I get the same copy-paste response about processing times. This is unacceptable for a financial platform in this day and age.

NinjaTrader offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

The platform itself is okay, but the customer service at NinjaTrader is truly awful. I waited weeks for a response to a simple inquiry. When they did respond, it felt like a generic template that did not address my specific issue at all.
