Joint account not supported

After for a few weeks now with Nexus500 I requested to close my account and withdraw. They said I had to complete a 30-day cooling-off period. Then they said there was a minimum holding period for my last deposit. They make it as hard as possible to leave.

Pros: Responsive team|Transparent fees|Real-time alerts

Cons: Live chat only during business hours

Absolutely dreadful

I gave Nexus500 a fair chance. After for close to eighteen months of usage, I can say with confidence that there are far better options available. The interface is clunky, the fees are higher than competitors, and the customer support team seems overwhelmed or understaffed.

Pros: Reliable uptime|Competitive fees

Cons: Live chat only during business hours

More problems than solutions

I had high hopes for Nexus500 after hearing about them at a conference, but my experience has been disappointing. Customer support is slow, the platform has frequent issues, and their fee structure is not as transparent as advertised. I am actively looking for alternatives now.

Pros: Regular updates|Automated trading options

Cons: Desktop app not available on Linux

Fraudulent fee structure

Where do I even begin with Nexus500? for about five months of broken promises, unanswered tickets, and a platform that feels like it was built in 2010. They spend more on marketing than on actually improving their service. Stay away from this company.

Pros: Dedicated account manager|Reliable uptime

Cons: Spreads widen during volatile periods

Education is just sales pitch

Nexus500 changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.

Pros: Quick verification|Regular platform improvements

Cons: No phone support on weekends

No negative balance protection

The so-called education at Nexus500 is just marketing. Every webinar ends with a push to deposit more. The market analysis is generic and often wrong. If you want real education go elsewhere. I wasted for the past year and a half thinking they would help me learn.

Pros: Quick verification|Educational resources|Economic calendar

Cons: Wish they had more educational resources|No phone support on weekends

Not regulated - verified this myself

After seeing ads for Nexus500 online, I investigated. The company is listed in the IOSCO I-SCAN warnings database and has been flagged by Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa. Their website looks professional but that means nothing - many scam operations invest heavily in appearance. Always check the regulatory warnings before investing.

Cons: Flagged by Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa|Cannot verify credentials

Total fraud - reported to authorities

After doing some research AFTER the fact (I know, I should have done this first), I discovered that Nexus500 is not authorized by any legitimate financial regulator. They are operating illegally. The website looks very professional but it's all a facade. Please check the regulatory warnings database before investing with ANY company.

Pros: Initially responsive customer service

Cons: No regulatory oversight|Money disappeared|Fake testimonials

They make everything difficult

Nexus500 seems more interested in acquiring new customers than taking care of existing ones. The marketing is aggressive but the product is mediocre. Once you are past the honeymoon period, the cracks in their service become very apparent.

Pros: Risk management tools|Smooth onboarding

Cons: Could offer more webinars|None so far

Account locked for no reason

The hidden fees at Nexus500 are the real scandal here. What they advertise and what they actually charge are two different things. By the time I realized how much I was paying in various fees and spreads, I had already lost a meaningful amount.

Pros: Two-factor authentication|Competitive fees|Clear documentation

Cons: Help articles are sometimes vague|None so far
