I have been trying to close my account with New Surface for weeks now and they keep giving me the runaround. First it was a form to fill out, then identity verification again, then a mandatory phone call that never gets scheduled. They make leaving impossible.

Pros: Portfolio tracking tools|Full transparency|Fast support response

Cons: Minor UI glitches occasionally|No crypto staking

Reseller could not help

New Surface has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

Pros: Multiple order types|Two-factor authentication|Personal attention

Cons: Website design could be more modern|No live chat on mobile

Proceed with extreme caution

After seeing ads for New Surface online, I investigated. The company is listed in the IOSCO I-SCAN warnings database and has been flagged by Financial Conduct Authority. Their website looks professional but that means nothing - many scam operations invest heavily in appearance. Always check the regulatory warnings before investing.

I want to warn everyone about New Surface. They have been flagged by Financial Conduct Authority as an unauthorized entity. I wish I had checked before investing. They use high-pressure sales tactics and fake testimonials. Once you send money, getting it back is nearly impossible.

Pros: Professional looking website

Cons: Blocked my account|No legitimate license|Fake returns

Bonus terms impossible to meet

New Surface locked my account without warning and demanded documents I had already submitted. for nearly two years later I still do not have access to my funds. Their compliance team does not respond to emails. I am considering legal action.

Pros: Reliable uptime|Social trading features|Instant funding|Excellent charting

Cons: Onboarding videos are outdated

Trust broken beyond repair

After spending for about eight months trying to make New Surface work for me, I have given up. The platform has too many limitations, the fees are not competitive, and the quality of their market data is questionable. There are much better options available.

Pros: Quick verification|Clean UI|Smooth onboarding|Competitive fees

Cons: Email notifications too frequent|Cannot customize dashboard fully

Regulatory warning ignored

The so-called education at New Surface is just marketing. Every webinar ends with a push to deposit more. The market analysis is generic and often wrong. If you want real education go elsewhere. I wasted since I retired last year thinking they would help me learn.

Pros: Stable platform|Two-factor authentication

Cons: Would like more payment methods|No crypto staking

I invested $500 with New Surface after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to Financial Conduct Authority.

Pros: Professional looking website

Cons: Lost entire investment|Reported to authorities|Unresponsive
