Tried to withdraw my funds from NATIONAL UNION FINANCE and was told I needed to pay a "withdrawal tax" of 20%. This is a red flag. No legitimate broker charges withdrawal taxes. When I refused, they became aggressive and eventually stopped all communication. My entire investment is gone.

Cons: Lost entire investment|Reported to authorities|Unresponsive

Left feeling scammed

I joined NATIONAL UNION FINANCE through a forum discussion and from the start, things felt off. The signup process collected far more personal information than necessary, the verification took unreasonably long, and when I finally got access, the platform was nothing like what was advertised.

Pros: Real-time alerts|Transparent fees

Cons: Account statements could be more detailed

Labeled as bonus abuser

I am in a dispute with NATIONAL UNION FINANCE over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.

Pros: Multiple order types|Dividend tracking

Cons: Website design could be more modern|Email notifications too frequent

Did my research - this is suspicious

I was about to invest with NATIONAL UNION FINANCE but decided to check their regulatory status first. They claim to be regulated but I could not find them on any official register. Financial Conduct Authority has actually issued a warning about this firm. Thank goodness I checked before sending any money.

Cons: Unauthorized firm|Found in IOSCO warnings database

They closed my account without explanation

After using NATIONAL UNION FINANCE since I opened my account last year, I decided to move my account elsewhere. The platform was unreliable, withdrawals took an unreasonable amount of time, and I could never get a straight answer from customer service. Frustrating experience overall.

Pros: Personal attention|Fast support response|Fast execution|Risk management tools

Cons: Mobile app could be improved

An absolutely appalling service

The mobile app from NATIONAL UNION FINANCE is dangerous. I placed an order that showed as pending, so I placed another. Both executed and I was overexposed. When I complained they said it was user error. The app design is misleading.

Pros: Helpful community forum|Easy withdrawals|Competitive fees

Cons: Limited demo account features|Minimum deposit could be lower

Bait and switch tactics

NATIONAL UNION FINANCE had an outage that lasted several hours during a major market event. Not only did they fail to prevent it, but they also failed to communicate what was happening. We were left in the dark while our investments were at risk.

Pros: Tax reports included|Automated trading options|Transparent fees

Cons: Website design could be more modern|Limited social trading features

Where do I even begin

NATIONAL UNION FINANCE seems more interested in acquiring new customers than taking care of existing ones. The marketing is aggressive but the product is mediocre. Once you are past the honeymoon period, the cracks in their service become very apparent.

Pros: Economic calendar|Tax reports included

Cons: Limited cryptocurrency options|Minor UI glitches occasionally

A joke of a company

The reporting at NATIONAL UNION FINANCE is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

Pros: Multi-currency support|Fast support response|Risk management tools

Cons: Search feature is basic|Alert system is basic

Disappointing experience overall

I lost a significant amount because NATIONAL UNION FINANCE did not execute my stop loss during a flash crash. They said the market was illiquid. Other brokers managed to execute. I have no proof they did not trade against me. Avoid.

Pros: Automated trading options|Regular updates|Segregated accounts|Excellent charting

Cons: Minor UI glitches occasionally|Onboarding videos are outdated
