I have been trying to close my account with MuxCap for weeks now and they keep giving me the runaround. First it was a form to fill out, then identity verification again, then a mandatory phone call that never gets scheduled. They make leaving impossible.

Pros: Reliable uptime|Regular updates

Cons: No fractional shares|Slow to add new assets

I looked into MuxCap and found they appear in the regulatory warnings database. British Columbia Securities Commission has issued a notice about this firm. Whether this is a misunderstanding or a serious concern, the fact remains that proper due diligence is essential. Always verify the regulatory status of any company before investing your hard-earned money.

Cons: Appears in regulatory warnings database|Uncertain regulatory status

I experienced a security concern with my MuxCap account and reported it immediately. Their response time was inexcusable for a financial platform. It took them four days to acknowledge my report and another week to actually address it.

Pros: Stable platform|Multiple order types|Educational resources|Comprehensive tools

Cons: Nothing significant|Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days

Incompetent on every level

I wanted to transfer my portfolio from another broker to MuxCap. They said they do not accept in-kind transfers for my asset type. I had to sell, withdraw, deposit, and rebuy - incurring taxes and spread costs. They did not tell me this before I signed up.

Pros: Fast execution|Instant funding

Cons: Minimum deposit could be lower

Checked with regulators - they're not licensed

Several red flags with MuxCap: (1) They promise unrealistically high returns, (2) They're not registered with British Columbia Securities Commission, (3) Their contact information is vague, (4) They pressure you to deposit quickly. I recommend everyone do thorough due diligence before investing with any company.

Pros: Website looks legitimate on the surface

Cons: Not registered with regulators|Unrealistic promises

Cannot withdraw funds - classic scam

Tried to withdraw my funds from MuxCap and was told I needed to pay a "withdrawal tax" of 20%. This is a red flag. No legitimate broker charges withdrawal taxes. When I refused, they became aggressive and eventually stopped all communication. My entire investment is gone.

Pros: Initially responsive customer service

Cons: No regulatory oversight|Money disappeared|Fake testimonials

Account closure takes 30 days

MuxCap has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

Pros: Responsive team|Instant funding

Cons: Slow to add new assets

Platform freezes when you need it most

My card was charged twice by MuxCap on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. MuxCap then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

Pros: Clean UI|Multi-device support|Good mobile app

Cons: Limited cryptocurrency options

Indicators are limited and buggy

I joined MuxCap after a trusted YouTuber reviewed them and from the start, things felt off. The signup process collected far more personal information than necessary, the verification took unreasonably long, and when I finally got access, the platform was nothing like what was advertised.

Pros: Detailed reporting|Multi-currency support

Cons: Alert system is basic

How have they won any awards

Customer support at MuxCap seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.

Pros: Low minimum deposit|Real-time alerts

Cons: Slow to add new assets|Desktop app not available on Linux
