Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse. Mutitrades (multi-trades.com) said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.

Pros: Two-factor authentication|Competitive fees

Cons: Spreads widen during volatile periods

Customer service does not exist

The platform itself is okay, but the customer service at Mutitrades (multi-trades.com) is truly awful. I waited weeks for a response to a simple inquiry. When they did respond, it felt like a generic template that did not address my specific issue at all.

Pros: Customizable dashboard|Quick verification

Cons: Inactivity fee applies after 12 months|Account statements could be more detailed

Terrible customer service

Mutitrades (multi-trades.com) seems more interested in acquiring new customers than taking care of existing ones. The marketing is aggressive but the product is mediocre. Once you are past the honeymoon period, the cracks in their service become very apparent.

Pros: Multi-currency support|Customizable dashboard

Cons: Charting tools need more indicators

Trading execution is suspicious

I lost a significant amount because Mutitrades (multi-trades.com) did not execute my stop loss during a flash crash. They said the market was illiquid. Other brokers managed to execute. I have no proof they did not trade against me. Avoid.

Pros: Smooth onboarding|Educational resources|Copy trading available|Two-factor authentication

Cons: Slow to add new assets|Live chat only during business hours

Bait and switch tactics

I found Mutitrades (multi-trades.com) after a trusted YouTuber reviewed them and the initial impression was positive. But for about three months later, I have encountered so many issues that I cannot recommend them. Trades failing, charts not loading, and support tickets going unanswered for days at a time.

Pros: Portfolio tracking tools|Regular updates|Personal attention

Cons: Email notifications too frequent

After using Mutitrades (multi-trades.com) since I opened my account last year, I decided to move my account elsewhere. The platform was unreliable, withdrawals took an unreasonable amount of time, and I could never get a straight answer from customer service. Frustrating experience overall.

Pros: Educational resources|Fast support response|Stable platform

Cons: Mobile app could be improved

No demo account that works

Mutitrades (multi-trades.com) changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.

Pros: Real-time alerts|Smooth onboarding|Personal attention

Cons: Mobile app could be improved

Laughably bad service

Do not believe the bonus offer from Mutitrades (multi-trades.com). The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited after a trusted YouTuber reviewed them and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

Pros: Multiple order types|Helpful community forum

Cons: Spreads widen during volatile periods|Inactivity fee applies after 12 months

Leverage too high for retail

The so-called education at Mutitrades (multi-trades.com) is just marketing. Every webinar ends with a push to deposit more. The market analysis is generic and often wrong. If you want real education go elsewhere. I wasted for about three months thinking they would help me learn.

Pros: Multi-currency support|No hidden fees|Good analytical tools

Cons: No fractional shares
