My card was charged twice by MSCEX on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. MSCEX then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

Pros: Multi-device support|Segregated accounts

Cons: Wish they had more educational resources|None so far

Total fraud - reported to authorities

Tried to withdraw my funds from MSCEX and was told I needed to pay a "withdrawal tax" of 20%. This is a red flag. No legitimate broker charges withdrawal taxes. When I refused, they became aggressive and eventually stopped all communication. My entire investment is gone.

Cons: Blocked my account|No legitimate license|Fake returns

False promises and poor execution

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. MSCEX recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

Pros: Competitive fees|Multi-currency support|Personal attention|Risk management tools

Cons: Slow to add new assets|Could offer more webinars

All style no substance

Do not believe the bonus offer from MSCEX. The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited after seeing their ad online and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

Pros: Excellent charting|Wide product range

Cons: Cannot customize dashboard fully|Alert system is basic

Do your due diligence first

This company appears on the IOSCO I-SCAN international warnings list. Over 68 financial regulators worldwide contribute to this database. While being listed doesn't automatically mean fraud, it's a significant red flag that potential investors should take seriously. Do your research thoroughly.

Pros: Information is publicly available for verification

Cons: Listed in IOSCO I-SCAN|May not be authorized in your jurisdiction

Lost my investment - DO NOT TRUST

I was contacted by MSCEX through social media. They promised guaranteed returns of 20-30% monthly. Being naive, I invested. The "account manager" pressured me to invest more and more. When I finally tried to take profit, my account was frozen and they stopped responding. Classic Ponzi/advance fee fraud.

Pros: Initially responsive customer service

Cons: No regulatory oversight|Money disappeared|Fake testimonials

Checked with regulators - they're not licensed

I was about to invest with MSCEX but decided to check their regulatory status first. They claim to be regulated but I could not find them on any official register. Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores has actually issued a warning about this firm. Thank goodness I checked before sending any money.

Cons: Listed in warning databases|No transparency|Pressure to invest quickly

Web platform does not work on Safari

The reporting at MSCEX is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

Pros: Real-time alerts|Wide product range|Good mobile app

Cons: Slow to add new assets|No crypto staking

False advertising at its finest

I lost a significant amount because MSCEX did not execute my stop loss during a flash crash. They said the market was illiquid. Other brokers managed to execute. I have no proof they did not trade against me. Avoid.

Pros: Automated trading options|Clean UI

Cons: Research section could be deeper
