Disappointing experience overall

I opened an account with Monzo expecting better based on their marketing. The account opening process took forever, they kept asking for the same documents, and once the account was open the service didn't improve. Fees higher than advertised and interest rates lower than competitors.

Pros: None that I can think of

Cons: Slow processes, misleading advertising, high fees

I've been banking with Monzo for over three years now and the service has been consistently excellent. Their online platform is intuitive, transfers are fast, and whenever I've needed to speak to someone, the customer service team has been helpful and professional. Interest rates on savings are competitive too. Highly recommend.

Monzo has completely changed how I manage my finances. The app notifications keep me on top of spending, the budgeting tools are genuinely useful, and I love the instant transfer feature. Setting up standing orders and direct debits is straightforward. Five stars well deserved.

I generally have a positive experience with Monzo. The mobile banking is well-designed and most transactions are processed quickly. My one complaint is that some features feel outdated compared to newer digital banks. Still, for everyday banking, they do a solid job and I trust them with my money.
