MGM Markets locked my account without warning and demanded documents I had already submitted. for a few weeks now later I still do not have access to my funds. Their compliance team does not respond to emails. I am considering legal action.

I trusted MGM Markets with a significant portion of my savings and I deeply regret that decision. Not because of market losses, but because of how poorly the platform performed and how dismissively the support team treated my concerns.

Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse. MGM Markets said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.

I gave MGM Markets a fair chance. After for just over a year of usage, I can say with confidence that there are far better options available. The interface is clunky, the fees are higher than competitors, and the customer support team seems overwhelmed or understaffed.

After for the past six months with MGM Markets, I can only describe the experience as death by a thousand cuts. No single issue was catastrophic, but the constant stream of small problems, slow responses, and missing features wore me down until I finally left.

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. MGM Markets recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

After using MGM Markets for over three years, I decided to move my account elsewhere. The platform was unreliable, withdrawals took an unreasonable amount of time, and I could never get a straight answer from customer service. Frustrating experience overall.

MGM Markets offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

I closed a profitable position at MGM Markets and the profit was not credited for 5 days. Support said it was a settlement delay. When it finally arrived it was less than the amount shown on the platform. They could not explain the difference. I have moved my account.

MGM Markets advertises low fees but once you dig into the fine print, there are numerous charges that add up quickly. Inactivity fees, withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees - it all eats into your returns. I wish I had read the terms more carefully.
