I referred a friend to MEXC (mx-yybtc.top) based on a colleague's recommendation. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.

I am in a dispute with MEXC (mx-yybtc.top) over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.

I wanted to transfer my portfolio from another broker to MEXC (mx-yybtc.top). They said they do not accept in-kind transfers for my asset type. I had to sell, withdraw, deposit, and rebuy - incurring taxes and spread costs. They did not tell me this before I signed up.

I have been trying to close my account with MEXC (mx-yybtc.top) for weeks now and they keep giving me the runaround. First it was a form to fill out, then identity verification again, then a mandatory phone call that never gets scheduled. They make leaving impossible.

After for over a year with MEXC (mx-yybtc.top), I can only describe the experience as death by a thousand cuts. No single issue was catastrophic, but the constant stream of small problems, slow responses, and missing features wore me down until I finally left.

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. MEXC (mx-yybtc.top) recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

MEXC (mx-yybtc.top) changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.
