I referred a friend to MEXC (mx-yybtc.top) based on a colleague's recommendation. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.

Pros: Two-factor authentication|Clean UI

Cons: Charting tools need more indicators

I am in a dispute with MEXC (mx-yybtc.top) over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.

Pros: Demo account available|Fast execution|Economic calendar

Cons: Currency conversion fee exists|Website design could be more modern

Platform freezes when you need it most

I wanted to transfer my portfolio from another broker to MEXC (mx-yybtc.top). They said they do not accept in-kind transfers for my asset type. I had to sell, withdraw, deposit, and rebuy - incurring taxes and spread costs. They did not tell me this before I signed up.

Pros: Real-time alerts|Automated trading options|Easy withdrawals|Reliable uptime

Cons: Onboarding videos are outdated|Some tools only available on higher tiers

Affiliate program does not pay

I have been trying to close my account with MEXC (mx-yybtc.top) for weeks now and they keep giving me the runaround. First it was a form to fill out, then identity verification again, then a mandatory phone call that never gets scheduled. They make leaving impossible.

Pros: Segregated accounts|High security standards

Cons: Minor UI glitches occasionally|Limited ETF selection

Licensed in a tax haven only

After for over a year with MEXC (mx-yybtc.top), I can only describe the experience as death by a thousand cuts. No single issue was catastrophic, but the constant stream of small problems, slow responses, and missing features wore me down until I finally left.

Pros: Fast deposits|Multi-currency support

Cons: Spreads widen during volatile periods|None so far

Live chat is a bot that helps nobody

The spread at MEXC (mx-yybtc.top) is not what they advertise. During volatile markets it widens so much that you lose before the trade even starts. I found them after hearing about them at a conference and initially thought the platform was good - until I started trading seriously.

Pros: Responsive team|API access

Cons: No fractional shares|Limited social trading features

CFD pitch was aggressive

Opened my account with MEXC (mx-yybtc.top) from a blog post comparing services and regretted it within the first month. The platform crashed during a critical moment, I lost potential gains, and support basically told me it was not their problem. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Pros: Excellent charting|Copy trading available|Economic calendar|Great customer service

Cons: Search feature is basic

Conversion fees hidden

What really bothers me about MEXC (mx-yybtc.top) is the disconnect between their marketing and reality. They position themselves as a premium service but deliver a below-average experience. Found them from a review site like this one and I fell for the polished exterior. Never again.

Pros: Regular updates|Transparent fees|Good analytical tools|Copy trading available

Cons: No crypto staking

Can not recommend in any way

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. MEXC (mx-yybtc.top) recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

Pros: Responsive team|Market news feed|Helpful community forum|Competitive fees

Cons: Nothing significant|Would like more payment methods

How are they still in business

MEXC (mx-yybtc.top) changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.

Pros: Low minimum deposit|Multi-currency support|Great customer service

Cons: No integrated tax optimization|Limited demo account features
