Masters and Bettman

What really bothers me about Masters and Bettman is the disconnect between their marketing and reality. They position themselves as a premium service but deliver a below-average experience. Found them through my accountant's suggestion and I fell for the polished exterior. Never again.

Masters and Bettman offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

I gave Masters and Bettman a fair chance. After for about ten months of usage, I can say with confidence that there are far better options available. The interface is clunky, the fees are higher than competitors, and the customer support team seems overwhelmed or understaffed.

Opened my account with Masters and Bettman after attending a webinar they hosted and regretted it within the first month. The platform crashed during a critical moment, I lost potential gains, and support basically told me it was not their problem. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

The platform itself is okay, but the customer service at Masters and Bettman is truly awful. I waited weeks for a response to a simple inquiry. When they did respond, it felt like a generic template that did not address my specific issue at all.

KYC with Masters and Bettman is a nightmare. I submitted my ID and proof of address. They rejected it and asked for a utility bill. I sent it. They asked for a bank statement. Then they asked for a selfie with the ID. Then they said the selfie did not match. I gave up.

I have been trying to close my account with Masters and Bettman for weeks now and they keep giving me the runaround. First it was a form to fill out, then identity verification again, then a mandatory phone call that never gets scheduled. They make leaving impossible.

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. Masters and Bettman recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

I opened an account with Masters and Bettman for just over a year ago. The platform frequently logs you out, orders fail to execute at the stated price, and when you complain they blame your internet connection. I have screenshots proving otherwise.
