I signed up with Marsh Treasury through a financial advisor and the first red flag was the aggressive account manager who would not stop calling. After depositing, the promised support vanished. Withdrawals are delayed with endless excuses. I have reported them to the regulator.

Where do I even begin with Marsh Treasury? for roughly four months of broken promises, unanswered tickets, and a platform that feels like it was built in 2010. They spend more on marketing than on actually improving their service. Stay away from this company.

Do not use Marsh Treasury for anything serious. I used them for just over a year for small trades and it was okay. When I deposited a larger amount and traded more, my account was flagged, my withdrawals were delayed, and I was asked to explain my trading. They treat active traders like criminals.

Marsh Treasury has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

My withdrawal from Marsh Treasury was rejected three times for vague reasons. Each time they asked for more documents. When I finally provided everything, they said my account was under review. since early this year of being strung along.

After spending for about ten months trying to make Marsh Treasury work for me, I have given up. The platform has too many limitations, the fees are not competitive, and the quality of their market data is questionable. There are much better options available.

The onboarding at Marsh Treasury was smooth which makes the subsequent experience even more frustrating. Once they have your money, the quality of service drops dramatically. Getting anyone to help you with an actual problem is nearly impossible.

The so-called education at Marsh Treasury is just marketing. Every webinar ends with a push to deposit more. The market analysis is generic and often wrong. If you want real education go elsewhere. I wasted for about three months thinking they would help me learn.

Marsh Treasury advertises low fees but once you dig into the fine print, there are numerous charges that add up quickly. Inactivity fees, withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees - it all eats into your returns. I wish I had read the terms more carefully.

Marsh Treasury has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.
