Lyfelete

I found Lyfelete from a review site like this one and the initial impression was positive. But since I retired last year later, I have encountered so many issues that I cannot recommend them. Trades failing, charts not loading, and support tickets going unanswered for days at a time.

I trusted Lyfelete with a significant portion of my savings and I deeply regret that decision. Not because of market losses, but because of how poorly the platform performed and how dismissively the support team treated my concerns.

After for roughly four months with Lyfelete, I can only describe the experience as death by a thousand cuts. No single issue was catastrophic, but the constant stream of small problems, slow responses, and missing features wore me down until I finally left.

Tried to withdraw my funds from Lyfelete and was told I needed to pay a "withdrawal tax" of 20%. This is a red flag. No legitimate broker charges withdrawal taxes. When I refused, they became aggressive and eventually stopped all communication. My entire investment is gone.

After using Lyfelete for over a year, I decided to move my account elsewhere. The platform was unreliable, withdrawals took an unreasonable amount of time, and I could never get a straight answer from customer service. Frustrating experience overall.

Several red flags with Lyfelete: (1) They promise unrealistically high returns, (2) They're not registered with Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier, (3) Their contact information is vague, (4) They pressure you to deposit quickly. I recommend everyone do thorough due diligence before investing with any company.

Lyfelete had an outage that lasted several hours during a major market event. Not only did they fail to prevent it, but they also failed to communicate what was happening. We were left in the dark while our investments were at risk.

My card was charged twice by Lyfelete on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Lyfelete then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

I had a dispute with Lyfelete and went to their complaints process. They have an internal team that just defends the company. Then they said I could go to an ombudsman - but the ombudsman they use is industry-funded and rarely rules for the client. The system is rigged.

My withdrawal from Lyfelete was rejected three times for vague reasons. Each time they asked for more documents. When I finally provided everything, they said my account was under review. for the past year and a half of being strung along.
