The worst platform I have ever used

Opened my account with Lumnex from a review site like this one and regretted it within the first month. The platform crashed during a critical moment, I lost potential gains, and support basically told me it was not their problem. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Pros: Instant funding|Customizable dashboard|Easy withdrawals

Cons: No live chat on mobile|No fractional shares

Accounting export broken

Where do I even begin with Lumnex? for a couple of months now of broken promises, unanswered tickets, and a platform that feels like it was built in 2010. They spend more on marketing than on actually improving their service. Stay away from this company.

Pros: Automated trading options|Fast execution|Comprehensive tools

Cons: Would like more payment methods|Minimum deposit could be lower

Lost my investment - DO NOT TRUST

After doing some research AFTER the fact (I know, I should have done this first), I discovered that Lumnex is not authorized by any legitimate financial regulator. They are operating illegally. The website looks very professional but it's all a facade. Please check the regulatory warnings database before investing with ANY company.

Cons: Blocked my account|No legitimate license|Fake returns

Email support takes 2 weeks

Do not use Lumnex for anything serious. I used them since mid-2025 for small trades and it was okay. When I deposited a larger amount and traded more, my account was flagged, my withdrawals were delayed, and I was asked to explain my trading. They treat active traders like criminals.

Pros: Clear documentation|Clean UI|Personal attention|Fast execution

Cons: Limited demo account features|No live chat on mobile

The reporting at Lumnex is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

Pros: Detailed reporting|Risk management tools|Segregated accounts|Competitive fees

Cons: Spreads widen during volatile periods|Alert system is basic

I found this company through a friend who recommended it. Before investing, I checked various regulatory databases and found that Lumnex has been flagged as an unauthorized entity. I informed my friend immediately. Please always verify with official sources - a quick search could save you thousands.

For anyone considering Lumnex, please be aware that this company has been flagged by Financial Markets Authority. This does not necessarily mean they are a scam, but it does mean they may not be authorized to operate in certain jurisdictions. I strongly recommend checking the official regulator website before making any investment decisions.

Pros: Information is publicly available for verification

Cons: Flagged by international regulators|Due diligence required

I invested $15,000 with Lumnex after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to Financial Markets Authority.

Cons: Lost entire investment|Reported to authorities|Unresponsive
