I referred a friend to London Bridge when my bank disappointed me and I searched for alternatives. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.

Pros: Demo account available|Real-time alerts

Cons: Nothing significant

Still waiting for my withdrawal

London Bridge has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

Pros: Customizable dashboard|No hidden fees

Cons: No dark mode on mobile|Wish they had more educational resources

Absolutely dreadful

I signed up with London Bridge through word of mouth in my investment club and the first red flag was the aggressive account manager who would not stop calling. After depositing, the promised support vanished. Withdrawals are delayed with endless excuses. I have reported them to the regulator.

Pros: Clean UI|Full transparency

Cons: Minimum deposit could be lower

Checked with regulators - they're not licensed

After seeing ads for London Bridge online, I investigated. The company is listed in the IOSCO I-SCAN warnings database and has been flagged by The Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets. Their website looks professional but that means nothing - many scam operations invest heavily in appearance. Always check the regulatory warnings before investing.

Pros: Website looks legitimate on the surface

Cons: Flagged by The Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets|Cannot verify credentials

Save yourself the trouble

I had high hopes for London Bridge after hearing about them at a conference, but my experience has been disappointing. Customer support is slow, the platform has frequent issues, and their fee structure is not as transparent as advertised. I am actively looking for alternatives now.

Pros: Easy withdrawals|Educational resources

Cons: Onboarding videos are outdated
