After using Linx Asset Management for about five months, I decided to move my account elsewhere. The platform was unreliable, withdrawals took an unreasonable amount of time, and I could never get a straight answer from customer service. Frustrating experience overall.

Pros: Clear documentation|Low minimum deposit

Cons: Could offer more webinars

Not what they promise

After spending for a few weeks now trying to make Linx Asset Management work for me, I have given up. The platform has too many limitations, the fees are not competitive, and the quality of their market data is questionable. There are much better options available.

Pros: Multi-currency support|Risk management tools|Good mobile app|Quick verification

Cons: No fractional shares

White label of a bad platform

Linx Asset Management changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.

Pros: Multi-device support|Market news feed

Cons: Would like more payment methods

Crypto only no stocks

I signed up with Linx Asset Management from a blog post comparing services and the first red flag was the aggressive account manager who would not stop calling. After depositing, the promised support vanished. Withdrawals are delayed with endless excuses. I have reported them to the regulator.

Pros: Fast execution|Low minimum deposit

Cons: Live chat only during business hours

Terrible in every aspect

I lost a significant amount because Linx Asset Management did not execute my stop loss during a flash crash. They said the market was illiquid. Other brokers managed to execute. I have no proof they did not trade against me. Avoid.

Pros: Fast support response|Real-time alerts|Stable platform|Segregated accounts

Cons: Wait times can be long during peak hours

Please save yourself the headache

Do not use Linx Asset Management for anything serious. I used them for just over a year for small trades and it was okay. When I deposited a larger amount and traded more, my account was flagged, my withdrawals were delayed, and I was asked to explain my trading. They treat active traders like criminals.

Pros: Demo account available|Reliable uptime

Cons: Cannot customize dashboard fully

Withdrawal blocked indefinitely

Linx Asset Management locked my account without warning and demanded documents I had already submitted. for nearly two years later I still do not have access to my funds. Their compliance team does not respond to emails. I am considering legal action.

Pros: Smooth onboarding|Low minimum deposit|Economic calendar|No hidden fees

Cons: Nothing significant|Minor UI glitches occasionally

No sub-accounts

Where do I even begin with Linx Asset Management? for about three months of broken promises, unanswered tickets, and a platform that feels like it was built in 2010. They spend more on marketing than on actually improving their service. Stay away from this company.

Pros: Dedicated account manager|Portfolio tracking tools|Stable platform|Segregated accounts

Cons: Limited demo account features

A masterclass in how not to run a business

I gave Linx Asset Management a fair chance. After for a few weeks now of usage, I can say with confidence that there are far better options available. The interface is clunky, the fees are higher than competitors, and the customer support team seems overwhelmed or understaffed.

Pros: API access|Tax reports included|Educational resources|Social trading features

Cons: Minimum deposit could be lower

Warning to all potential customers

Linx Asset Management has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

Pros: Multi-device support|Quick verification|Market news feed

Cons: Website design could be more modern
