They have truly outdone themselves in incompetence

I trusted Liberty Venture Holdings with a significant portion of my savings and I deeply regret that decision. Not because of market losses, but because of how poorly the platform performed and how dismissively the support team treated my concerns.

Pros: Full transparency|Demo account available|Regular updates

Cons: Account statements could be more detailed|Research section could be deeper

Copy trading copied the worst traders

The onboarding at Liberty Venture Holdings was smooth which makes the subsequent experience even more frustrating. Once they have your money, the quality of service drops dramatically. Getting anyone to help you with an actual problem is nearly impossible.

Pros: Easy withdrawals|Risk management tools

Cons: No crypto staking

They bet against their clients

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. Liberty Venture Holdings recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

Pros: Easy withdrawals|Segregated accounts|Tax reports included|Customizable dashboard

Cons: No dark mode on mobile|Limited cryptocurrency options

Data lost in transition

My card was charged twice by Liberty Venture Holdings on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Liberty Venture Holdings then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

Pros: High security standards|Competitive fees|Stable platform

Cons: Website design could be more modern|Would like more payment methods

Leverage too high for retail

My withdrawal request from Liberty Venture Holdings has been pending for over two weeks now. Every time I contact support, I get the same copy-paste response about processing times. This is unacceptable for a financial platform in this day and age.

Pros: Easy withdrawals|Good analytical tools|Customizable dashboard|Tax reports included

Cons: No fractional shares

They are hiding something

I gave Liberty Venture Holdings a fair chance. After since I opened my account last year of usage, I can say with confidence that there are far better options available. The interface is clunky, the fees are higher than competitors, and the customer support team seems overwhelmed or understaffed.

Pros: Dedicated account manager|Segregated accounts

Cons: No integrated tax optimization|Onboarding videos are outdated

Disgraceful treatment of customers

I am in a dispute with Liberty Venture Holdings over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.

Pros: Social trading features|Competitive fees|Responsive team|Personal attention

Cons: Minimum deposit could be lower

No real market analysis

The spread at Liberty Venture Holdings is not what they advertise. During volatile markets it widens so much that you lose before the trade even starts. I found them while looking for alternatives to my previous provider and initially thought the platform was good - until I started trading seriously.

Pros: Regular platform improvements|API access

Cons: Inactivity fee applies after 12 months
