Shocking lack of professionalism

Lee Hamilton & Associates has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

Pros: Multi-device support|Comprehensive tools|Multiple order types|No hidden fees

Cons: Inactivity fee applies after 12 months

No real market analysis

Do not believe the bonus offer from Lee Hamilton & Associates. The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited through word of mouth in my investment club and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

Pros: Good analytical tools|Automated trading options|Personal attention

Cons: Website design could be more modern|Minimum deposit could be lower

Nothing works as advertised

The mobile app from Lee Hamilton & Associates is dangerous. I placed an order that showed as pending, so I placed another. Both executed and I was overexposed. When I complained they said it was user error. The app design is misleading.

Pros: Easy withdrawals|Customizable dashboard|Reliable uptime|Fast support response

Cons: Alert system is basic|Limited ETF selection

Frustrating from start to finish

Lee Hamilton & Associates offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

Pros: Clean UI|Professional team

Cons: Search feature is basic

The definition of disappointment

I lost a significant amount because Lee Hamilton & Associates did not execute my stop loss during a flash crash. They said the market was illiquid. Other brokers managed to execute. I have no proof they did not trade against me. Avoid.

Pros: Instant funding|Market news feed

Cons: Live chat only during business hours

Impossible to reach anyone

After spending since last summer trying to make Lee Hamilton & Associates work for me, I have given up. The platform has too many limitations, the fees are not competitive, and the quality of their market data is questionable. There are much better options available.

Pros: Smooth onboarding|High security standards

Cons: No dark mode on mobile|Live chat only during business hours

Reviews on their site are fabricated

The platform at Lee Hamilton & Associates is riddled with bugs. Charts display incorrect data, order confirmations sometimes fail silently, and the portfolio tracker disagrees with actual positions. After for about ten months of dealing with this, I have had enough.

Pros: Customizable dashboard|Smooth onboarding|Regular platform improvements

Cons: Limited ETF selection|No phone support on weekends

Failed me when I needed them most

I gave Lee Hamilton & Associates a fair chance. After for about ten months of usage, I can say with confidence that there are far better options available. The interface is clunky, the fees are higher than competitors, and the customer support team seems overwhelmed or understaffed.

Pros: Easy withdrawals|Multi-device support|Regular updates|Segregated accounts

Cons: None so far|Help articles are sometimes vague
