Kingston Financial Group

I opened an account with Kingston Financial Group since I opened my account last year ago. The platform frequently logs you out, orders fail to execute at the stated price, and when you complain they blame your internet connection. I have screenshots proving otherwise.

After using Kingston Financial Group since I retired last year, I decided to move my account elsewhere. The platform was unreliable, withdrawals took an unreasonable amount of time, and I could never get a straight answer from customer service. Frustrating experience overall.

My withdrawal from Kingston Financial Group was rejected three times for vague reasons. Each time they asked for more documents. When I finally provided everything, they said my account was under review. for a couple of months now of being strung along.

Do not be fooled by the professional-looking website. Behind the scenes, Kingston Financial Group is disorganized and incompetent. I found them after doing extensive research and I can only assume the positive reviews are either outdated or paid for because my experience was terrible.

Customer support at Kingston Financial Group seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.
