Where do I even begin with Ivy Trusts (ivytrusts.com)? for close to eighteen months of broken promises, unanswered tickets, and a platform that feels like it was built in 2010. They spend more on marketing than on actually improving their service. Stay away from this company.

Pros: Fast execution|Intuitive for beginners|Copy trading available

Cons: Limited ETF selection|Minimum deposit could be lower

Every interaction was painful

Do not be fooled by the professional-looking website. Behind the scenes, Ivy Trusts (ivytrusts.com) is disorganized and incompetent. I found them after a friend recommended them and I can only assume the positive reviews are either outdated or paid for because my experience was terrible.

Pros: Social trading features|Great customer service

Cons: Nothing significant|Account statements could be more detailed

Must sell everything to leave

Customer support at Ivy Trusts (ivytrusts.com) seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.

Pros: Reliable uptime|Two-factor authentication|Instant funding

Cons: Limited ETF selection

No original thought

The reporting at Ivy Trusts (ivytrusts.com) is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

Pros: Detailed reporting|Low minimum deposit|Social trading features

Cons: Nothing significant|Alert system is basic

White label of a bad platform

I signed up with Ivy Trusts (ivytrusts.com) through my accountant's suggestion and the first red flag was the aggressive account manager who would not stop calling. After depositing, the promised support vanished. Withdrawals are delayed with endless excuses. I have reported them to the regulator.

Pros: Demo account available|Reliable uptime|Risk management tools

Cons: Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days|Mobile app could be improved

Email support takes 2 weeks

Do not use Ivy Trusts (ivytrusts.com) for anything serious. I used them for nearly two years for small trades and it was okay. When I deposited a larger amount and traded more, my account was flagged, my withdrawals were delayed, and I was asked to explain my trading. They treat active traders like criminals.

Pros: Multi-currency support|Segregated accounts|Detailed reporting|Stable platform

Cons: Search feature is basic

Just terrible honestly

I referred a friend to Ivy Trusts (ivytrusts.com) through word of mouth in my investment club. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.

Pros: Educational resources|Regular platform improvements|Competitive fees|Regular updates

Cons: Onboarding videos are outdated

False promises and poor execution

I requested my data from Ivy Trusts (ivytrusts.com) under GDPR. They sent a partial export that was missing months of transactions. When I asked for the rest they said it was a technical issue. Still waiting. They do not take data rights seriously.

Pros: Instant funding|Easy withdrawals|Social trading features

Cons: Limited social trading features|No dark mode on mobile

I have filed a complaint

KYC with Ivy Trusts (ivytrusts.com) is a nightmare. I submitted my ID and proof of address. They rejected it and asked for a utility bill. I sent it. They asked for a bank statement. Then they asked for a selfie with the ID. Then they said the selfie did not match. I gave up.

Pros: Easy to use platform|No hidden fees|Instant funding|Smooth onboarding

Cons: Inactivity fee applies after 12 months

I expected bad but this was worse

Opened my account with Ivy Trusts (ivytrusts.com) while looking for alternatives to my previous provider and regretted it within the first month. The platform crashed during a critical moment, I lost potential gains, and support basically told me it was not their problem. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Pros: Reliable uptime|Segregated accounts|Wide product range

Cons: No phone support on weekends
