iuwer advertises low fees but once you dig into the fine print, there are numerous charges that add up quickly. Inactivity fees, withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees - it all eats into your returns. I wish I had read the terms more carefully.

Pros: Dividend tracking|Copy trading available

Cons: Minimum deposit could be lower|Onboarding videos are outdated

They ignore every complaint

KYC with iuwer is a nightmare. I submitted my ID and proof of address. They rejected it and asked for a utility bill. I sent it. They asked for a bank statement. Then they asked for a selfie with the ID. Then they said the selfie did not match. I gave up.

Pros: Low minimum deposit|Multi-currency support|Easy withdrawals

Cons: Onboarding videos are outdated|Limited social trading features

I invested $5,000 with iuwer after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to Financial Services Authority.

Cons: No regulatory oversight|Money disappeared|Fake testimonials

Affiliate program does not pay

What really bothers me about iuwer is the disconnect between their marketing and reality. They position themselves as a premium service but deliver a below-average experience. Found them through a financial advisor and I fell for the polished exterior. Never again.

Pros: Instant funding|Quick verification

Cons: Research section could be deeper

Same issues as parent brand

I gave iuwer a fair chance. After for about eight months of usage, I can say with confidence that there are far better options available. The interface is clunky, the fees are higher than competitors, and the customer support team seems overwhelmed or understaffed.

Pros: Economic calendar|Comprehensive tools|Segregated accounts|Fast deposits

Cons: Mobile app could be improved

Live chat is a bot that helps nobody

I joined iuwer after attending a webinar they hosted and from the start, things felt off. The signup process collected far more personal information than necessary, the verification took unreasonably long, and when I finally got access, the platform was nothing like what was advertised.

Pros: Excellent charting|Instant funding

Cons: Search feature is basic|Limited ETF selection

This company appears on the IOSCO I-SCAN international warnings list. Over 68 financial regulators worldwide contribute to this database. While being listed doesn't automatically mean fraud, it's a significant red flag that potential investors should take seriously. Do your research thoroughly.

Cons: Listed in IOSCO I-SCAN|May not be authorized in your jurisdiction

Tax documents wrong every year

iuwer has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

Pros: Real-time alerts|Tax reports included|Segregated accounts

Cons: No live chat on mobile|Would like more payment methods

No beneficiary designation

The onboarding at iuwer was smooth which makes the subsequent experience even more frustrating. Once they have your money, the quality of service drops dramatically. Getting anyone to help you with an actual problem is nearly impossible.

Pros: Responsive team|Risk management tools|Great customer service|Transparent fees

Cons: No live chat on mobile

Webinars are product pushes

Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse. iuwer said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.

Pros: Dividend tracking|Segregated accounts|Portfolio tracking tools

Cons: No crypto staking
