Investium Group

I joined Investium Group based on a colleague's recommendation and from the start, things felt off. The signup process collected far more personal information than necessary, the verification took unreasonably long, and when I finally got access, the platform was nothing like what was advertised.

Opened my account with Investium Group through a podcast recommendation and regretted it within the first month. The platform crashed during a critical moment, I lost potential gains, and support basically told me it was not their problem. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Investium Group locked my account without warning and demanded documents I had already submitted. since I retired last year later I still do not have access to my funds. Their compliance team does not respond to emails. I am considering legal action.

The platform at Investium Group is riddled with bugs. Charts display incorrect data, order confirmations sometimes fail silently, and the portfolio tracker disagrees with actual positions. After for about ten months of dealing with this, I have had enough.

My card was charged twice by Investium Group on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Investium Group then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

Investium Group changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. Investium Group recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

For anyone considering Investium Group, please be aware that this company has been flagged by Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa. This does not necessarily mean they are a scam, but it does mean they may not be authorized to operate in certain jurisdictions. I strongly recommend checking the official regulator website before making any investment decisions.
