Intertrade Asset Management

After spending for over a year trying to make Intertrade Asset Management work for me, I have given up. The platform has too many limitations, the fees are not competitive, and the quality of their market data is questionable. There are much better options available.

Intertrade Asset Management locked my account without warning and demanded documents I had already submitted. for just over a year later I still do not have access to my funds. Their compliance team does not respond to emails. I am considering legal action.

The platform at Intertrade Asset Management is riddled with bugs. Charts display incorrect data, order confirmations sometimes fail silently, and the portfolio tracker disagrees with actual positions. After for about ten months of dealing with this, I have had enough.

The reporting at Intertrade Asset Management is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

Intertrade Asset Management advertises low fees but once you dig into the fine print, there are numerous charges that add up quickly. Inactivity fees, withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees - it all eats into your returns. I wish I had read the terms more carefully.

The onboarding at Intertrade Asset Management was smooth which makes the subsequent experience even more frustrating. Once they have your money, the quality of service drops dramatically. Getting anyone to help you with an actual problem is nearly impossible.

I had high hopes for Intertrade Asset Management after my brother mentioned them, but my experience has been disappointing. Customer support is slow, the platform has frequent issues, and their fee structure is not as transparent as advertised. I am actively looking for alternatives now.

Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse. Intertrade Asset Management said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.

What really bothers me about Intertrade Asset Management is the disconnect between their marketing and reality. They position themselves as a premium service but deliver a below-average experience. Found them after seeing their ad online and I fell for the polished exterior. Never again.
