After spending for over a year trying to make Intertrade Asset Management work for me, I have given up. The platform has too many limitations, the fees are not competitive, and the quality of their market data is questionable. There are much better options available.

Pros: Market news feed|Dedicated account manager|Low minimum deposit

Cons: Slow to add new assets|Minor UI glitches occasionally

They have truly outdone themselves in incompetence

The reporting at Intertrade Asset Management is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

Intertrade Asset Management advertises low fees but once you dig into the fine print, there are numerous charges that add up quickly. Inactivity fees, withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees - it all eats into your returns. I wish I had read the terms more carefully.

The onboarding at Intertrade Asset Management was smooth which makes the subsequent experience even more frustrating. Once they have your money, the quality of service drops dramatically. Getting anyone to help you with an actual problem is nearly impossible.

Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse. Intertrade Asset Management said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.
