Intelligent Capital has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

I closed a profitable position at Intelligent Capital and the profit was not credited for 5 days. Support said it was a settlement delay. When it finally arrived it was less than the amount shown on the platform. They could not explain the difference. I have moved my account.

Intelligent Capital has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

I joined Intelligent Capital from a blog post comparing services and from the start, things felt off. The signup process collected far more personal information than necessary, the verification took unreasonably long, and when I finally got access, the platform was nothing like what was advertised.

The platform itself is okay, but the customer service at Intelligent Capital is truly awful. I waited weeks for a response to a simple inquiry. When they did respond, it felt like a generic template that did not address my specific issue at all.

I had a dispute with Intelligent Capital and went to their complaints process. They have an internal team that just defends the company. Then they said I could go to an ombudsman - but the ombudsman they use is industry-funded and rarely rules for the client. The system is rigged.

The mobile app from Intelligent Capital is dangerous. I placed an order that showed as pending, so I placed another. Both executed and I was overexposed. When I complained they said it was user error. The app design is misleading.

Do not believe the bonus offer from Intelligent Capital. The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited after my brother mentioned them and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

My withdrawal from Intelligent Capital was rejected three times for vague reasons. Each time they asked for more documents. When I finally provided everything, they said my account was under review. for over a year of being strung along.

I gave Intelligent Capital a fair chance. After for about eight months of usage, I can say with confidence that there are far better options available. The interface is clunky, the fees are higher than competitors, and the customer support team seems overwhelmed or understaffed.
