Intel Markets (intelmarkets.trade) had an outage that lasted several hours during a major market event. Not only did they fail to prevent it, but they also failed to communicate what was happening. We were left in the dark while our investments were at risk.

Intel Markets (intelmarkets.trade) offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

Do not use Intel Markets (intelmarkets.trade) for anything serious. I used them for over three years for small trades and it was okay. When I deposited a larger amount and traded more, my account was flagged, my withdrawals were delayed, and I was asked to explain my trading. They treat active traders like criminals.

Do not be fooled by the professional-looking website. Behind the scenes, Intel Markets (intelmarkets.trade) is disorganized and incompetent. I found them after reading several online reviews and I can only assume the positive reviews are either outdated or paid for because my experience was terrible.

Intel Markets (intelmarkets.trade) has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

I had a dispute with Intel Markets (intelmarkets.trade) and went to their complaints process. They have an internal team that just defends the company. Then they said I could go to an ombudsman - but the ombudsman they use is industry-funded and rarely rules for the client. The system is rigged.

The onboarding at Intel Markets (intelmarkets.trade) was smooth which makes the subsequent experience even more frustrating. Once they have your money, the quality of service drops dramatically. Getting anyone to help you with an actual problem is nearly impossible.

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. Intel Markets (intelmarkets.trade) recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

My card was charged twice by Intel Markets (intelmarkets.trade) on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Intel Markets (intelmarkets.trade) then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.
