They have truly outdone themselves in incompetence

Opened my account with Infinitrade after a trusted YouTuber reviewed them and regretted it within the first month. The platform crashed during a critical moment, I lost potential gains, and support basically told me it was not their problem. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

I am in a dispute with Infinitrade over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.

The only good thing about Infinitrade is that they remind you why regulation matters. I found them from a blog post comparing services. They are regulated in a jurisdiction with weak consumer protection. When things went wrong I had nowhere to turn. Stick to well-regulated brokers.

The platform at Infinitrade is riddled with bugs. Charts display incorrect data, order confirmations sometimes fail silently, and the portfolio tracker disagrees with actual positions. After for about five months of dealing with this, I have had enough.

Customer support at Infinitrade seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.

Do not be fooled by the professional-looking website. Behind the scenes, Infinitrade is disorganized and incompetent. I found them through word of mouth in my investment club and I can only assume the positive reviews are either outdated or paid for because my experience was terrible.

Pros: Automated trading options|Great customer service

Cons: Spreads widen during volatile periods|Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days

I had a dispute with Infinitrade and went to their complaints process. They have an internal team that just defends the company. Then they said I could go to an ombudsman - but the ombudsman they use is industry-funded and rarely rules for the client. The system is rigged.

Cons: Onboarding videos are outdated|No fractional shares

What really bothers me about Infinitrade is the disconnect between their marketing and reality. They position themselves as a premium service but deliver a below-average experience. Found them after a trusted YouTuber reviewed them and I fell for the polished exterior. Never again.

My card was charged twice by Infinitrade on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Infinitrade then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.
