My card was charged twice by InCapital on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. InCapital then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. InCapital recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

Do not believe the bonus offer from InCapital. The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited after reading several online reviews and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

I lost a significant amount because InCapital did not execute my stop loss during a flash crash. They said the market was illiquid. Other brokers managed to execute. I have no proof they did not trade against me. Avoid.

The reporting at InCapital is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

I gave InCapital a fair chance. After for the past year and a half of usage, I can say with confidence that there are far better options available. The interface is clunky, the fees are higher than competitors, and the customer support team seems overwhelmed or understaffed.

I closed a profitable position at InCapital and the profit was not credited for 5 days. Support said it was a settlement delay. When it finally arrived it was less than the amount shown on the platform. They could not explain the difference. I have moved my account.

My withdrawal from InCapital was rejected three times for vague reasons. Each time they asked for more documents. When I finally provided everything, they said my account was under review. since last summer of being strung along.

The platform itself is okay, but the customer service at InCapital is truly awful. I waited weeks for a response to a simple inquiry. When they did respond, it felt like a generic template that did not address my specific issue at all.

Do not use InCapital for anything serious. I used them for a couple of months now for small trades and it was okay. When I deposited a larger amount and traded more, my account was flagged, my withdrawals were delayed, and I was asked to explain my trading. They treat active traders like criminals.
