Impersonation of HSBC Bank Australia Limited (hsbc.wealth-au.com) has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

Pros: Quick verification|Two-factor authentication

Cons: Inactivity fee applies after 12 months|Nothing significant

Withdrawal rejected 3 times

The platform itself is okay, but the customer service at Impersonation of HSBC Bank Australia Limited (hsbc.wealth-au.com) is truly awful. I waited weeks for a response to a simple inquiry. When they did respond, it felt like a generic template that did not address my specific issue at all.

Pros: Personal attention|Transparent fees

Cons: Currency conversion fee exists

Data breach and they did not notify us

My withdrawal from Impersonation of HSBC Bank Australia Limited (hsbc.wealth-au.com) was rejected three times for vague reasons. Each time they asked for more documents. When I finally provided everything, they said my account was under review. for close to eighteen months of being strung along.

Pros: Stable platform|Responsive team

They upsell insurance you do not need

Impersonation of HSBC Bank Australia Limited (hsbc.wealth-au.com) locked my account without warning and demanded documents I had already submitted. for about eight months later I still do not have access to my funds. Their compliance team does not respond to emails. I am considering legal action.

Lost money due to their incompetence

I referred a friend to Impersonation of HSBC Bank Australia Limited (hsbc.wealth-au.com) after attending a webinar they hosted. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.

Pros: Clean UI|Demo account available|Portfolio tracking tools|Personal attention

Cons: Mobile app could be improved

Research is copy-paste from elsewhere

The so-called education at Impersonation of HSBC Bank Australia Limited (hsbc.wealth-au.com) is just marketing. Every webinar ends with a push to deposit more. The market analysis is generic and often wrong. If you want real education go elsewhere. I wasted since I opened my account last year thinking they would help me learn.

Pros: Copy trading available|Instant funding

Cons: Slow to add new assets

Charting is from 2010

The spread at Impersonation of HSBC Bank Australia Limited (hsbc.wealth-au.com) is not what they advertise. During volatile markets it widens so much that you lose before the trade even starts. I found them through a forum discussion and initially thought the platform was good - until I started trading seriously.

Pros: Professional team|Competitive fees|Economic calendar|Instant funding

Cons: Some tools only available on higher tiers

Impossible to reach anyone

Impersonation of HSBC Bank Australia Limited (hsbc.wealth-au.com) had an outage that lasted several hours during a major market event. Not only did they fail to prevent it, but they also failed to communicate what was happening. We were left in the dark while our investments were at risk.

Pros: Easy to use platform|Competitive fees|Multiple order types

Cons: Alert system is basic

The support team is useless

My withdrawal request from Impersonation of HSBC Bank Australia Limited (hsbc.wealth-au.com) has been pending for over two weeks now. Every time I contact support, I get the same copy-paste response about processing times. This is unacceptable for a financial platform in this day and age.

Pros: High security standards|Quick verification|Tax reports included|Excellent charting

Cons: Could offer more webinars|Some tools only available on higher tiers

Copy trading copied the worst traders

I found Impersonation of HSBC Bank Australia Limited (hsbc.wealth-au.com) while looking for alternatives to my previous provider and the initial impression was positive. But for a couple of months now later, I have encountered so many issues that I cannot recommend them. Trades failing, charts not loading, and support tickets going unanswered for days at a time.

Pros: Demo account available|Segregated accounts|Low minimum deposit|Good analytical tools

Cons: Account statements could be more detailed|No live chat on mobile
