I lost a significant amount because Imperial Equity Holdings did not execute my stop loss during a flash crash. They said the market was illiquid. Other brokers managed to execute. I have no proof they did not trade against me. Avoid.

Pros: Smooth onboarding|Demo account available|Good mobile app|Risk management tools

Cons: Slow to add new assets|Limited demo account features

Withdrawal blocked indefinitely

Imperial Equity Holdings has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

Pros: Dividend tracking|No hidden fees|Stable platform|Wide product range

Cons: Mobile app could be improved|Onboarding videos are outdated

Bonus terms impossible to meet

What really bothers me about Imperial Equity Holdings is the disconnect between their marketing and reality. They position themselves as a premium service but deliver a below-average experience. Found them from a review site like this one and I fell for the polished exterior. Never again.

Pros: Competitive fees|Responsive team

Cons: Email notifications too frequent

Automated responses only

After spending for the past year and a half trying to make Imperial Equity Holdings work for me, I have given up. The platform has too many limitations, the fees are not competitive, and the quality of their market data is questionable. There are much better options available.

Pros: API access|Instant funding|Social trading features

Cons: Minimum deposit could be lower

Zero accountability

Do not believe the bonus offer from Imperial Equity Holdings. The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited through a podcast recommendation and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

Pros: Demo account available|Copy trading available

Cons: Desktop app not available on Linux

No 2FA when I signed up

I wanted to transfer my portfolio from another broker to Imperial Equity Holdings. They said they do not accept in-kind transfers for my asset type. I had to sell, withdraw, deposit, and rebuy - incurring taxes and spread costs. They did not tell me this before I signed up.

Pros: Dividend tracking|Good mobile app

Cons: Spreads widen during volatile periods
