I closed a profitable position at Imperial-Assets (imperial-assets.net) and the profit was not credited for 5 days. Support said it was a settlement delay. When it finally arrived it was less than the amount shown on the platform. They could not explain the difference. I have moved my account.

Pros: Full transparency|Economic calendar|Clear documentation

Cons: No fractional shares

One star is generous

The only good thing about Imperial-Assets (imperial-assets.net) is that they remind you why regulation matters. I found them through word of mouth in my investment club. They are regulated in a jurisdiction with weak consumer protection. When things went wrong I had nowhere to turn. Stick to well-regulated brokers.

Pros: Copy trading available|Economic calendar

Cons: Nothing significant

I expected bad but this was worse

My card was charged twice by Imperial-Assets (imperial-assets.net) on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Imperial-Assets (imperial-assets.net) then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

Pros: Transparent fees|Market news feed|Dividend tracking|Great customer service

Cons: Minor UI glitches occasionally

Labeled as bonus abuser

I had a dispute with Imperial-Assets (imperial-assets.net) and went to their complaints process. They have an internal team that just defends the company. Then they said I could go to an ombudsman - but the ombudsman they use is industry-funded and rarely rules for the client. The system is rigged.

Pros: Quick verification|Dedicated account manager|Social trading features|Helpful community forum

Cons: Mobile app could be improved|Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days
