My withdrawal from HyperVerse (hyperverse.com) was rejected three times for vague reasons. Each time they asked for more documents. When I finally provided everything, they said my account was under review. for the past year and a half of being strung along.

Pros: Helpful community forum|Good mobile app|Economic calendar

Cons: Wait times can be long during peak hours|Currency conversion fee exists

Terms change without notice

Where do I even begin with HyperVerse (hyperverse.com)? for nearly two years of broken promises, unanswered tickets, and a platform that feels like it was built in 2010. They spend more on marketing than on actually improving their service. Stay away from this company.

Pros: Excellent charting|Instant funding

Cons: Wish they had more educational resources|Live chat only during business hours

No original thought

After for just over a year with HyperVerse (hyperverse.com) I requested to close my account and withdraw. They said I had to complete a 30-day cooling-off period. Then they said there was a minimum holding period for my last deposit. They make it as hard as possible to leave.

Pros: Comprehensive tools|Tax reports included|Customizable dashboard

Cons: Research section could be deeper|Mobile app could be improved

A cautionary tale

The onboarding at HyperVerse (hyperverse.com) was smooth which makes the subsequent experience even more frustrating. Once they have your money, the quality of service drops dramatically. Getting anyone to help you with an actual problem is nearly impossible.

Pros: Tax reports included|Economic calendar|Easy withdrawals

Cons: Cannot customize dashboard fully|No dark mode on mobile

Transfer to another broker refused

The spread at HyperVerse (hyperverse.com) is not what they advertise. During volatile markets it widens so much that you lose before the trade even starts. I found them after a family member had a good experience and initially thought the platform was good - until I started trading seriously.

Pros: Good mobile app|Risk management tools|Competitive fees|Tax reports included

Cons: No integrated tax optimization|Research section could be deeper

Mobile app loses orders

I opened an account with HyperVerse (hyperverse.com) for about eight months ago. The platform frequently logs you out, orders fail to execute at the stated price, and when you complain they blame your internet connection. I have screenshots proving otherwise.

Pros: Automated trading options|Stable platform|Regular updates

Cons: Search feature is basic|Minor UI glitches occasionally
