Do not believe the bonus offer from HSP. The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited after hearing about them at a conference and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

Pros: Low minimum deposit|Responsive team|Full transparency|Multi-device support

Cons: No integrated tax optimization

Red flags everywhere

I found this company through a friend who recommended it. Before investing, I checked various regulatory databases and found that HSP has been flagged as an unauthorized entity. I informed my friend immediately. Please always verify with official sources - a quick search could save you thousands.

Pros: Website looks legitimate on the surface

Cons: Not registered with regulators|Unrealistic promises

Fraudulent fee structure

I joined HSP through my accountant's suggestion and from the start, things felt off. The signup process collected far more personal information than necessary, the verification took unreasonably long, and when I finally got access, the platform was nothing like what was advertised.

Pros: Automated trading options|Two-factor authentication|Easy withdrawals

Cons: Desktop app not available on Linux

No beneficiary designation

After using HSP since last summer, I decided to move my account elsewhere. The platform was unreliable, withdrawals took an unreasonable amount of time, and I could never get a straight answer from customer service. Frustrating experience overall.

Pros: Multiple order types|Automated trading options

Cons: Live chat only during business hours

Beware - This company is not legitimate

I invested $2,000 with HSP after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to British Columbia Securities Commission.

Cons: Withdrawal fees demanded|Communication cut off|Not authorized

No way to escalate complaints

I am in a dispute with HSP over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.

Pros: Multiple order types|Clear documentation

Cons: Search feature is basic|Spreads widen during volatile periods

Terms of service are one-sided

I requested my data from HSP under GDPR. They sent a partial export that was missing months of transactions. When I asked for the rest they said it was a technical issue. Still waiting. They do not take data rights seriously.

Pros: Segregated accounts|Economic calendar

Cons: None so far|No integrated tax optimization

Stay far away from this company

Tried to withdraw my funds from HSP and was told I needed to pay a "withdrawal tax" of 20%. This is a red flag. No legitimate broker charges withdrawal taxes. When I refused, they became aggressive and eventually stopped all communication. My entire investment is gone.

Pros: Initially responsive customer service

Cons: Lost entire investment|Reported to authorities|Unresponsive

The reviews are fake the problems are real

HSP changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.

Pros: Competitive fees|Automated trading options|Helpful community forum|Multi-device support

Cons: Website design could be more modern
