I trusted Hedgestone Group with a significant portion of my savings and I deeply regret that decision. Not because of market losses, but because of how poorly the platform performed and how dismissively the support team treated my concerns.

I gave Hedgestone Group a fair chance. After for about eight months of usage, I can say with confidence that there are far better options available. The interface is clunky, the fees are higher than competitors, and the customer support team seems overwhelmed or understaffed.

The platform itself is okay, but the customer service at Hedgestone Group is truly awful. I waited weeks for a response to a simple inquiry. When they did respond, it felt like a generic template that did not address my specific issue at all.

I referred a friend to Hedgestone Group after a trusted YouTuber reviewed them. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.

Hedgestone Group has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

I opened an account with Hedgestone Group since last summer ago. The platform frequently logs you out, orders fail to execute at the stated price, and when you complain they blame your internet connection. I have screenshots proving otherwise.

I joined Hedgestone Group from a blog post comparing services and from the start, things felt off. The signup process collected far more personal information than necessary, the verification took unreasonably long, and when I finally got access, the platform was nothing like what was advertised.

My card was charged twice by Hedgestone Group on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Hedgestone Group then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.
