Do not believe the bonus offer from Haxdex. The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited after attending a webinar they hosted and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

I closed a profitable position at Haxdex and the profit was not credited for 5 days. Support said it was a settlement delay. When it finally arrived it was less than the amount shown on the platform. They could not explain the difference. I have moved my account.

I have been trying to close my account with Haxdex for weeks now and they keep giving me the runaround. First it was a form to fill out, then identity verification again, then a mandatory phone call that never gets scheduled. They make leaving impossible.

I wanted to transfer my portfolio from another broker to Haxdex. They said they do not accept in-kind transfers for my asset type. I had to sell, withdraw, deposit, and rebuy - incurring taxes and spread costs. They did not tell me this before I signed up.

I invested $5,000 with Haxdex after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to Financial Markets Authority.

I lost a significant amount because Haxdex did not execute my stop loss during a flash crash. They said the market was illiquid. Other brokers managed to execute. I have no proof they did not trade against me. Avoid.

Haxdex advertises low fees but once you dig into the fine print, there are numerous charges that add up quickly. Inactivity fees, withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees - it all eats into your returns. I wish I had read the terms more carefully.

I requested my data from Haxdex under GDPR. They sent a partial export that was missing months of transactions. When I asked for the rest they said it was a technical issue. Still waiting. They do not take data rights seriously.

I signed up with Haxdex after doing extensive research and the first red flag was the aggressive account manager who would not stop calling. After depositing, the promised support vanished. Withdrawals are delayed with endless excuses. I have reported them to the regulator.

I trusted Haxdex with a significant portion of my savings and I deeply regret that decision. Not because of market losses, but because of how poorly the platform performed and how dismissively the support team treated my concerns.
