I had a dispute with Harbour Acquisitions and went to their complaints process. They have an internal team that just defends the company. Then they said I could go to an ombudsman - but the ombudsman they use is industry-funded and rarely rules for the client. The system is rigged.

Pros: Economic calendar|Easy to use platform|Copy trading available

Cons: Website design could be more modern

The worst platform I have ever used

I referred a friend to Harbour Acquisitions after comparing multiple platforms. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.

Pros: Demo account available|Responsive team|Fast support response|Quick verification

Cons: Charting tools need more indicators

Harbour Acquisitions had an outage that lasted several hours during a major market event. Not only did they fail to prevent it, but they also failed to communicate what was happening. We were left in the dark while our investments were at risk.

Pros: High security standards|Demo account available

Cons: Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days

Broken promises everywhere

What really bothers me about Harbour Acquisitions is the disconnect between their marketing and reality. They position themselves as a premium service but deliver a below-average experience. Found them after a trusted YouTuber reviewed them and I fell for the polished exterior. Never again.

Pros: Low minimum deposit|Two-factor authentication

Cons: Minimum deposit could be lower|Limited ETF selection

Must sell everything to leave

Harbour Acquisitions locked my account without warning and demanded documents I had already submitted. for just over a year later I still do not have access to my funds. Their compliance team does not respond to emails. I am considering legal action.

Pros: Multiple order types|Good mobile app

Cons: Cannot customize dashboard fully|Spreads widen during volatile periods

They are hiding something

Opened my account with Harbour Acquisitions through a podcast recommendation and regretted it within the first month. The platform crashed during a critical moment, I lost potential gains, and support basically told me it was not their problem. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Pros: Comprehensive tools|Intuitive for beginners

Cons: Currency conversion fee exists

Terrible customer service

Harbour Acquisitions has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

Pros: Segregated accounts|Good analytical tools|Two-factor authentication|Fast execution

Cons: Wish they had more educational resources

Fraudulent fee structure

I joined Harbour Acquisitions after hearing about them at a conference and from the start, things felt off. The signup process collected far more personal information than necessary, the verification took unreasonably long, and when I finally got access, the platform was nothing like what was advertised.

Pros: Dedicated account manager|Multi-currency support|Competitive fees|Automated trading options

Cons: Email notifications too frequent|Minor UI glitches occasionally

Webinars are product pushes

My withdrawal from Harbour Acquisitions was rejected three times for vague reasons. Each time they asked for more documents. When I finally provided everything, they said my account was under review. since mid-2025 of being strung along.

Pros: Fast support response|Stable platform|Dividend tracking

Cons: Could offer more webinars

Scam vibes from the start

Harbour Acquisitions offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

Pros: Good mobile app|Competitive fees|Multi-currency support|Helpful community forum

Cons: Slow to add new assets
