Growvest-Earners

I was contacted by Growvest-Earners through social media. They promised guaranteed returns of 20-30% monthly. Being naive, I invested. The "account manager" pressured me to invest more and more. When I finally tried to take profit, my account was frozen and they stopped responding. Classic Ponzi/advance fee fraud.

Growvest-Earners has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse. Growvest-Earners said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.

My withdrawal request from Growvest-Earners has been pending for over two weeks now. Every time I contact support, I get the same copy-paste response about processing times. This is unacceptable for a financial platform in this day and age.

If you are reading this considering Growvest-Earners - run. I wish I had read more negative reviews after hearing about them at a conference. I thought the positive ones were real. Maybe some are. My experience over for over three years has been so bad I feel obligated to warn others. Do not make my mistake.

Several red flags with Growvest-Earners: (1) They promise unrealistically high returns, (2) They're not registered with Financial Markets Authority, (3) Their contact information is vague, (4) They pressure you to deposit quickly. I recommend everyone do thorough due diligence before investing with any company.

I had high hopes for Growvest-Earners while looking for alternatives to my previous provider, but my experience has been disappointing. Customer support is slow, the platform has frequent issues, and their fee structure is not as transparent as advertised. I am actively looking for alternatives now.

Growvest-Earners seems more interested in acquiring new customers than taking care of existing ones. The marketing is aggressive but the product is mediocre. Once you are past the honeymoon period, the cracks in their service become very apparent.

I wanted to transfer my portfolio from another broker to Growvest-Earners. They said they do not accept in-kind transfers for my asset type. I had to sell, withdraw, deposit, and rebuy - incurring taxes and spread costs. They did not tell me this before I signed up.

Do not use Growvest-Earners for anything serious. I used them for just over a year for small trades and it was okay. When I deposited a larger amount and traded more, my account was flagged, my withdrawals were delayed, and I was asked to explain my trading. They treat active traders like criminals.
