I am in a dispute with GREEN EXC LIMITED, operating as EXC500 over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.

Pros: Tax reports included|Instant funding

Cons: Onboarding videos are outdated|No phone support on weekends

Cannot withdraw funds - classic scam

I invested $5,000 with GREEN EXC LIMITED, operating as EXC500 after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to British Columbia Securities Commission.

Pros: Initially responsive customer service

Cons: Withdrawal fees demanded|Communication cut off|Not authorized

Something doesn't add up here

I was about to invest with GREEN EXC LIMITED, operating as EXC500 but decided to check their regulatory status first. They claim to be regulated but I could not find them on any official register. British Columbia Securities Commission has actually issued a warning about this firm. Thank goodness I checked before sending any money.

Pros: Website looks legitimate on the surface

Cons: Unauthorized firm|Found in IOSCO warnings database

Completely disorganized operation

I lost a significant amount because GREEN EXC LIMITED, operating as EXC500 did not execute my stop loss during a flash crash. They said the market was illiquid. Other brokers managed to execute. I have no proof they did not trade against me. Avoid.

Pros: Detailed reporting|Personal attention|API access|Demo account available

Cons: Some tools only available on higher tiers

Can not recommend in any way

I closed a profitable position at GREEN EXC LIMITED, operating as EXC500 and the profit was not credited for 5 days. Support said it was a settlement delay. When it finally arrived it was less than the amount shown on the platform. They could not explain the difference. I have moved my account.

Pros: Great customer service|Social trading features|Intuitive for beginners|Dedicated account manager

Cons: Limited ETF selection

Death of account holder process unknown

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. GREEN EXC LIMITED, operating as EXC500 recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

Pros: Social trading features|Copy trading available

Cons: No phone support on weekends|Minimum deposit could be lower

Lost my investment - DO NOT TRUST

I was contacted by GREEN EXC LIMITED, operating as EXC500 through social media. They promised guaranteed returns of 20-30% monthly. Being naive, I invested. The "account manager" pressured me to invest more and more. When I finally tried to take profit, my account was frozen and they stopped responding. Classic Ponzi/advance fee fraud.

Cons: Blocked my account|No legitimate license|Fake returns

The onboarding at GREEN EXC LIMITED, operating as EXC500 was smooth which makes the subsequent experience even more frustrating. Once they have your money, the quality of service drops dramatically. Getting anyone to help you with an actual problem is nearly impossible.
