The mobile app from Gorwedex is dangerous. I placed an order that showed as pending, so I placed another. Both executed and I was overexposed. When I complained they said it was user error. The app design is misleading.

Pros: Two-factor authentication|Transparent fees|Fast support response

Cons: Could offer more webinars

I invested $1,000 with Gorwedex after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to Financial Markets Authority.

Pros: Initially responsive customer service

Cons: Withdrawal fees demanded|Communication cut off|Not authorized

Misleading advertising

KYC with Gorwedex is a nightmare. I submitted my ID and proof of address. They rejected it and asked for a utility bill. I sent it. They asked for a bank statement. Then they asked for a selfie with the ID. Then they said the selfie did not match. I gave up.

Pros: Professional team|Good analytical tools|Fast execution

Cons: Minor UI glitches occasionally

Horrible from beginning to end

If you are reading this considering Gorwedex - run. I wish I had read more negative reviews after comparing multiple platforms. I thought the positive ones were real. Maybe some are. My experience over for just over a year has been so bad I feel obligated to warn others. Do not make my mistake.

Pros: Excellent charting|Customizable dashboard

Cons: Wish they had more educational resources

Gorwedex advertises low fees but once you dig into the fine print, there are numerous charges that add up quickly. Inactivity fees, withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees - it all eats into your returns. I wish I had read the terms more carefully.

Pros: Demo account available|Portfolio tracking tools|Comprehensive tools

Cons: Live chat only during business hours|No live chat on mobile

They do not honor their terms

I joined Gorwedex through word of mouth in my investment club and from the start, things felt off. The signup process collected far more personal information than necessary, the verification took unreasonably long, and when I finally got access, the platform was nothing like what was advertised.

Pros: Regular updates|Good analytical tools|High security standards

Cons: Wish they had more educational resources

I was about to invest with Gorwedex but decided to check their regulatory status first. They claim to be regulated but I could not find them on any official register. Financial Markets Authority has actually issued a warning about this firm. Thank goodness I checked before sending any money.

Pros: Website looks legitimate on the surface

Cons: Not registered with regulators|Unrealistic promises
