Goldman Markets (also known as GM Markets) seems more interested in acquiring new customers than taking care of existing ones. The marketing is aggressive but the product is mediocre. Once you are past the honeymoon period, the cracks in their service become very apparent.

Pros: Fast deposits|Comprehensive tools|Customizable dashboard|Dedicated account manager

Cons: None so far

Rip-off dressed as a service

The platform at Goldman Markets (also known as GM Markets) is riddled with bugs. Charts display incorrect data, order confirmations sometimes fail silently, and the portfolio tracker disagrees with actual positions. After since I opened my account last year of dealing with this, I have had enough.

Pros: Copy trading available|Customizable dashboard

Cons: Onboarding videos are outdated|Search feature is basic

Do not waste your money here

Opened my account with Goldman Markets (also known as GM Markets) through a financial advisor and regretted it within the first month. The platform crashed during a critical moment, I lost potential gains, and support basically told me it was not their problem. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Pros: Personal attention|Responsive team|Low minimum deposit

Cons: Limited cryptocurrency options

Laughably bad service

I opened an account with Goldman Markets (also known as GM Markets) for the past six months ago. The platform frequently logs you out, orders fail to execute at the stated price, and when you complain they blame your internet connection. I have screenshots proving otherwise.

Pros: Regular updates|Dedicated account manager|Portfolio tracking tools

Cons: Wait times can be long during peak hours|Some tools only available on higher tiers

Did my research - this is suspicious

I was about to invest with Goldman Markets (also known as GM Markets) but decided to check their regulatory status first. They claim to be regulated but I could not find them on any official register. British Columbia Securities Commission has actually issued a warning about this firm. Thank goodness I checked before sending any money.

Cons: Listed in warning databases|No transparency|Pressure to invest quickly

Do your due diligence first

I was contacted by Goldman Markets (also known as GM Markets) through social media. They promised guaranteed returns of 20-30% monthly. Being naive, I invested. The "account manager" pressured me to invest more and more. When I finally tried to take profit, my account was frozen and they stopped responding. Classic Ponzi/advance fee fraud.

Pros: Initially responsive customer service

Cons: Cannot withdraw funds|Not regulated|Pressure tactics

I want to warn everyone about Goldman Markets (also known as GM Markets). They have been flagged by British Columbia Securities Commission as an unauthorized entity. I wish I had checked before investing. They use high-pressure sales tactics and fake testimonials. Once you send money, getting it back is nearly impossible.

Pros: Initially responsive customer service

Cons: Blocked my account|No legitimate license|Fake returns

Slippage ate my profits

My card was charged twice by Goldman Markets (also known as GM Markets) on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Goldman Markets (also known as GM Markets) then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

Pros: API access|Smooth onboarding|Fast deposits

Cons: Wait times can be long during peak hours|Inactivity fee applies after 12 months

Horrible from beginning to end

Do not be fooled by the professional-looking website. Behind the scenes, Goldman Markets (also known as GM Markets) is disorganized and incompetent. I found them from a review site like this one and I can only assume the positive reviews are either outdated or paid for because my experience was terrible.

Pros: Market news feed|Reliable uptime

Cons: Spreads widen during volatile periods
