Goldbysell

I opened an account with Goldbysell for a few weeks now ago. The platform frequently logs you out, orders fail to execute at the stated price, and when you complain they blame your internet connection. I have screenshots proving otherwise.

Goldbysell has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

Goldbysell has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

For anyone considering Goldbysell, please be aware that this company has been flagged by Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa. This does not necessarily mean they are a scam, but it does mean they may not be authorized to operate in certain jurisdictions. I strongly recommend checking the official regulator website before making any investment decisions.

I wanted to transfer my portfolio from another broker to Goldbysell. They said they do not accept in-kind transfers for my asset type. I had to sell, withdraw, deposit, and rebuy - incurring taxes and spread costs. They did not tell me this before I signed up.

Do not be fooled by the professional-looking website. Behind the scenes, Goldbysell is disorganized and incompetent. I found them based on a colleague's recommendation and I can only assume the positive reviews are either outdated or paid for because my experience was terrible.

After spending since early this year trying to make Goldbysell work for me, I have given up. The platform has too many limitations, the fees are not competitive, and the quality of their market data is questionable. There are much better options available.

My card was charged twice by Goldbysell on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Goldbysell then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

The platform itself is okay, but the customer service at Goldbysell is truly awful. I waited weeks for a response to a simple inquiry. When they did respond, it felt like a generic template that did not address my specific issue at all.

I want to warn everyone about Goldbysell. They have been flagged by Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa as an unauthorized entity. I wish I had checked before investing. They use high-pressure sales tactics and fake testimonials. Once you send money, getting it back is nearly impossible.
