A disaster from day one

The platform itself is okay, but the customer service at Gold Capital Trade is truly awful. I waited weeks for a response to a simple inquiry. When they did respond, it felt like a generic template that did not address my specific issue at all.

Pros: Good analytical tools|Market news feed

Cons: Charting tools need more indicators

My trust has been shattered

Gold Capital Trade offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

Pros: Low minimum deposit|Detailed reporting|Smooth onboarding|Excellent charting

Cons: No phone support on weekends

Stay far away from this company

I want to warn everyone about Gold Capital Trade. They have been flagged by Financial Markets Authority as an unauthorized entity. I wish I had checked before investing. They use high-pressure sales tactics and fake testimonials. Once you send money, getting it back is nearly impossible.

Cons: Withdrawal fees demanded|Communication cut off|Not authorized

Do your due diligence first

Whether this is a misunderstanding or a serious concern, the fact remains that proper due diligence is essential. Always verify the regulatory status of any company before investing your hard-earned money.

After seeing ads for Gold Capital Trade online, I investigated. The company is listed in the IOSCO I-SCAN warnings database and has been flagged by Financial Markets Authority. Their website looks professional but that means nothing - many scam operations invest heavily in appearance. Always check the regulatory warnings before investing.

Cons: Unauthorized firm|Found in IOSCO warnings database
