The platform itself is okay, but the customer service at GLOBAL FINANCE is truly awful. I waited weeks for a response to a simple inquiry. When they did respond, it felt like a generic template that did not address my specific issue at all.

Pros: Instant funding|Educational resources|Demo account available

Cons: Limited social trading features

Conversion fees hidden

I am in a dispute with GLOBAL FINANCE over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.

Pros: Great customer service|Real-time alerts|Social trading features

Cons: Some tools only available on higher tiers|Limited ETF selection

They upsell insurance you do not need

KYC with GLOBAL FINANCE is a nightmare. I submitted my ID and proof of address. They rejected it and asked for a utility bill. I sent it. They asked for a bank statement. Then they asked for a selfie with the ID. Then they said the selfie did not match. I gave up.

Pros: Multiple order types|Helpful community forum

Cons: Research section could be deeper|Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days

Checked with regulators - they're not licensed

After seeing ads for GLOBAL FINANCE online, I investigated. The company is listed in the IOSCO I-SCAN warnings database and has been flagged by Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores. Their website looks professional but that means nothing - many scam operations invest heavily in appearance. Always check the regulatory warnings before investing.

Cons: Flagged by Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores|Cannot verify credentials

I closed a profitable position at GLOBAL FINANCE and the profit was not credited for 5 days. Support said it was a settlement delay. When it finally arrived it was less than the amount shown on the platform. They could not explain the difference. I have moved my account.

Pros: Tax reports included|Easy withdrawals

Cons: No phone support on weekends

They took my patience and my money

I had a dispute with GLOBAL FINANCE and went to their complaints process. They have an internal team that just defends the company. Then they said I could go to an ombudsman - but the ombudsman they use is industry-funded and rarely rules for the client. The system is rigged.

Pros: Multiple order types|Intuitive for beginners

Cons: Desktop app not available on Linux|Limited ETF selection

Total fraud - reported to authorities

I invested $500 with GLOBAL FINANCE after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores.

Cons: Cannot withdraw funds|Not regulated|Pressure tactics
