An exercise in frustration

Do not be fooled by the professional-looking website. Behind the scenes, Gas 9.2 ePrex (oil-profit.app) is disorganized and incompetent. I found them after hearing about them at a conference and I can only assume the positive reviews are either outdated or paid for because my experience was terrible.

Pros: Market news feed|Great customer service|Helpful community forum

Cons: Alert system is basic

Chrome extension broken

The so-called education at Gas 9.2 ePrex (oil-profit.app) is just marketing. Every webinar ends with a push to deposit more. The market analysis is generic and often wrong. If you want real education go elsewhere. I wasted since last summer thinking they would help me learn.

Pros: Demo account available|Portfolio tracking tools|Fast support response

Cons: No dark mode on mobile

Impossible to get real help

Gas 9.2 ePrex (oil-profit.app) locked my account without warning and demanded documents I had already submitted. for nearly two years later I still do not have access to my funds. Their compliance team does not respond to emails. I am considering legal action.

Pros: Wide product range|Economic calendar|Good mobile app

Cons: Wait times can be long during peak hours|Spreads widen during volatile periods

Crypto only no stocks

I had a dispute with Gas 9.2 ePrex (oil-profit.app) and went to their complaints process. They have an internal team that just defends the company. Then they said I could go to an ombudsman - but the ombudsman they use is industry-funded and rarely rules for the client. The system is rigged.

Pros: Dedicated account manager|Wide product range|Educational resources

Cons: Minor UI glitches occasionally

White label of a bad platform

Gas 9.2 ePrex (oil-profit.app) advertises low fees but once you dig into the fine print, there are numerous charges that add up quickly. Inactivity fees, withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees - it all eats into your returns. I wish I had read the terms more carefully.

Pros: High security standards|Good mobile app|Segregated accounts

Cons: Charting tools need more indicators
