They do not care about customers

The platform itself is okay, but the customer service at FxPro is truly awful. I waited weeks for a response to a simple inquiry. When they did respond, it felt like a generic template that did not address my specific issue at all.

Pros: Dedicated account manager|Multi-device support

Cons: Limited social trading features

They target inexperienced users

My withdrawal from FxPro was rejected three times for vague reasons. Each time they asked for more documents. When I finally provided everything, they said my account was under review. since mid-2025 of being strung along.

Pros: No hidden fees|API access

Cons: Live chat only during business hours|Wish they had more educational resources

Do not use FxPro for anything serious. I used them for over a year for small trades and it was okay. When I deposited a larger amount and traded more, my account was flagged, my withdrawals were delayed, and I was asked to explain my trading. They treat active traders like criminals.

FxPro does the job for casual forex trading. Platform works, spreads are okay but not the best I've seen. Customer support is hit or miss - some agents are very helpful, others seem to read from a script. Deposits are instant but withdrawals take 3-5 business days.

Pros: Functional platform, instant deposits

Cons: Average spreads, inconsistent support, slow withdrawals

My card was charged twice by FxPro on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. FxPro then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

Pros: Excellent charting|Regular updates|Responsive team

Cons: Would like more payment methods|Some tools only available on higher tiers

I gave FxPro a fair chance. After for just over a year of usage, I can say with confidence that there are far better options available. The interface is clunky, the fees are higher than competitors, and the customer support team seems overwhelmed or understaffed.

Pros: Risk management tools|Fast execution|Easy to use platform|Professional team

Cons: No crypto staking|Limited ETF selection

Incompetent on every level

I experienced a security concern with my FxPro account and reported it immediately. Their response time was inexcusable for a financial platform. It took them four days to acknowledge my report and another week to actually address it.
