For anyone considering FXG-Pro, please be aware that this company has been flagged by Financial Markets Authority. This does not necessarily mean they are a scam, but it does mean they may not be authorized to operate in certain jurisdictions. I strongly recommend checking the official regulator website before making any investment decisions.

Cons: Listed in IOSCO I-SCAN|May not be authorized in your jurisdiction

I am in a dispute with FXG-Pro over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.

Pros: Customizable dashboard|Professional team|Economic calendar|Transparent fees

Cons: Search feature is basic|Mobile app could be improved

The reporting at FXG-Pro is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

Pros: Competitive fees|Excellent charting

Cons: Limited demo account features

I requested my data from FXG-Pro under GDPR. They sent a partial export that was missing months of transactions. When I asked for the rest they said it was a technical issue. Still waiting. They do not take data rights seriously.

Pros: Instant funding|Full transparency|Clear documentation|Good analytical tools

Cons: Desktop app not available on Linux|Limited social trading features

Death of account holder process unknown

I had a dispute with FXG-Pro and went to their complaints process. They have an internal team that just defends the company. Then they said I could go to an ombudsman - but the ombudsman they use is industry-funded and rarely rules for the client. The system is rigged.

Pros: Portfolio tracking tools|Clear documentation

Cons: Inactivity fee applies after 12 months|Limited demo account features
