I requested my data from FxCape (fxcape.net) under GDPR. They sent a partial export that was missing months of transactions. When I asked for the rest they said it was a technical issue. Still waiting. They do not take data rights seriously.

Pros: Professional team|Segregated accounts|Low minimum deposit

Cons: Limited demo account features|Mobile app could be improved

Avoid at all costs

I opened an account with FxCape (fxcape.net) for just over a year ago. The platform frequently logs you out, orders fail to execute at the stated price, and when you complain they blame your internet connection. I have screenshots proving otherwise.

Pros: Wide product range|Professional team|Good analytical tools

Cons: Live chat only during business hours|Cannot customize dashboard fully

Terrible customer service

I am in a dispute with FxCape (fxcape.net) over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.

Pros: Tax reports included|Great customer service|Automated trading options

Cons: Limited ETF selection|Limited cryptocurrency options

Crypto only no stocks

FxCape (fxcape.net) has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

Pros: Copy trading available|Educational resources|Clear documentation|Clean UI

Cons: Help articles are sometimes vague

The epitome of bad service

The mobile app from FxCape (fxcape.net) is dangerous. I placed an order that showed as pending, so I placed another. Both executed and I was overexposed. When I complained they said it was user error. The app design is misleading.

Pros: Smooth onboarding|Detailed reporting

Cons: No fractional shares|Minor UI glitches occasionally

Payout delayed for 60 days

Where do I even begin with FxCape (fxcape.net)? for over three years of broken promises, unanswered tickets, and a platform that feels like it was built in 2010. They spend more on marketing than on actually improving their service. Stay away from this company.

Pros: Fast deposits|Customizable dashboard|Good analytical tools

Cons: Charting tools need more indicators

Lost money due to their incompetence

Do not believe the bonus offer from FxCape (fxcape.net). The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited after comparing multiple platforms and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

Pros: Quick verification|Transparent fees

Cons: Limited demo account features|Mobile app could be improved

Regret choosing FxCape (fxcape.net)

I have been trying to close my account with FxCape (fxcape.net) for weeks now and they keep giving me the runaround. First it was a form to fill out, then identity verification again, then a mandatory phone call that never gets scheduled. They make leaving impossible.

Pros: Low minimum deposit|Transparent fees

Cons: Help articles are sometimes vague
