I joined Freemont Trading when my bank disappointed me and I searched for alternatives and from the start, things felt off. The signup process collected far more personal information than necessary, the verification took unreasonably long, and when I finally got access, the platform was nothing like what was advertised.

Pros: Portfolio tracking tools|Helpful community forum

Cons: Could offer more webinars

Freemont Trading changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.

Pros: Demo account available|Stable platform|Intuitive for beginners

Cons: Would like more payment methods

An exercise in frustration

I had high hopes for Freemont Trading when my bank disappointed me and I searched for alternatives, but my experience has been disappointing. Customer support is slow, the platform has frequent issues, and their fee structure is not as transparent as advertised. I am actively looking for alternatives now.

Pros: Smooth onboarding|Excellent charting|Multi-currency support

Cons: Mobile app could be improved

Learning experience at my expense

I referred a friend to Freemont Trading after comparing multiple platforms. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.

Pros: Market news feed|Intuitive for beginners

Cons: Search feature is basic|No phone support on weekends

The opposite of what they advertise

I signed up with Freemont Trading after comparing multiple platforms and the first red flag was the aggressive account manager who would not stop calling. After depositing, the promised support vanished. Withdrawals are delayed with endless excuses. I have reported them to the regulator.

Pros: Quick verification|Multiple order types|Fast execution

Cons: Limited demo account features

Reseller could not help

Freemont Trading advertises low fees but once you dig into the fine print, there are numerous charges that add up quickly. Inactivity fees, withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees - it all eats into your returns. I wish I had read the terms more carefully.

Pros: Multiple order types|Social trading features|Multi-currency support|Multi-device support

Cons: Some tools only available on higher tiers
