The platform at FMCPAY is riddled with bugs. Charts display incorrect data, order confirmations sometimes fail silently, and the portfolio tracker disagrees with actual positions. After for close to eighteen months of dealing with this, I have had enough.

Pros: Competitive fees|Multi-device support|Demo account available|Market news feed

Cons: Live chat only during business hours|Account statements could be more detailed

Introducing broker lied to me

The mobile app from FMCPAY is dangerous. I placed an order that showed as pending, so I placed another. Both executed and I was overexposed. When I complained they said it was user error. The app design is misleading.

Pros: Detailed reporting|Segregated accounts|Copy trading available

Cons: No dark mode on mobile|Would like more payment methods

Zero accountability

The hidden fees at FMCPAY are the real scandal here. What they advertise and what they actually charge are two different things. By the time I realized how much I was paying in various fees and spreads, I had already lost a meaningful amount.

Pros: Real-time alerts|Market news feed

Cons: No live chat on mobile|Limited cryptocurrency options

Shocking lack of professionalism

I had high hopes for FMCPAY after attending a webinar they hosted, but my experience has been disappointing. Customer support is slow, the platform has frequent issues, and their fee structure is not as transparent as advertised. I am actively looking for alternatives now.

Pros: Good mobile app|Great customer service|Low minimum deposit

Cons: Limited social trading features|None so far

Never again with FMCPAY

What really bothers me about FMCPAY is the disconnect between their marketing and reality. They position themselves as a premium service but deliver a below-average experience. Found them after my brother mentioned them and I fell for the polished exterior. Never again.

Pros: Social trading features|Easy withdrawals

Cons: Account statements could be more detailed

No real market analysis

Where do I even begin with FMCPAY? for about three months of broken promises, unanswered tickets, and a platform that feels like it was built in 2010. They spend more on marketing than on actually improving their service. Stay away from this company.

Pros: Fast deposits|Market news feed

Cons: Help articles are sometimes vague|Wish they had more educational resources

Stay far far away

FMCPAY advertises low fees but once you dig into the fine print, there are numerous charges that add up quickly. Inactivity fees, withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees - it all eats into your returns. I wish I had read the terms more carefully.

Pros: Comprehensive tools|Great customer service|Good mobile app|Fast deposits

Cons: Limited cryptocurrency options

Pressure to deposit more

FMCPAY seems more interested in acquiring new customers than taking care of existing ones. The marketing is aggressive but the product is mediocre. Once you are past the honeymoon period, the cracks in their service become very apparent.

Pros: High security standards|Multi-device support|Real-time alerts|Responsive team

Cons: Alert system is basic|Minimum deposit could be lower

I want to warn everyone about FMCPAY. They have been flagged by British Columbia Securities Commission as an unauthorized entity. I wish I had checked before investing. They use high-pressure sales tactics and fake testimonials. Once you send money, getting it back is nearly impossible.

Cons: Cannot withdraw funds|Not regulated|Pressure tactics
